Secretarial Co-ordinator

Our client, a major city centre law firm, requires a Secretarial Co-ordinator to support the Secretarial Resources Manager and to play a key role in the annual performance reviews and objective setting for secretaries, management of secretarial resourcing including absence management and holidays, together with involvement in the recruitment and selection process for secretaries and to identify training and development needs within the team. The successful candidate will also need to be able to provide secretarial & admin support to a team of partners & fee earners, MUST have experience of working in a Professional Services enviroment and have a strong team focus, good MS Office skills, together with excellent communication and a positive & pro active approach.
