Secretary
North West / Permanent / £22000
Our client, who is a large top notch law firm in Manchester City Centre requires a Secretary for their Contentious, Commercial and Employment Division.
The successful applicant MUST have the following skills:
Strong technical skills across all Microsoft office packages including Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workflow to meet the demands of the team. They MUST have highly effective personal organisation and time management skills have a flexible and adaptable approach with excellent administrative skills. They must have a positive and proactive approach and the ability to work on own initiative. A clear ability to manage a complex and changing workload, flexibly and efficiently and MUST be a team player. Although a legal background would be advantageous a background in Professional Services is PARAMOUNT!
